Aqua Service & Repairing Center

If you walk down Sheetla Mata Mandir Road in Sector 5, you will find our small service center. It is number 12, right near where the road gets a bit crowded during festival times. We have been working on water filters and purifiers for a long time now. The workbench is usually covered with tools and spare parts because there is always something that needs fixing. People bring in their machines when they stop working or start making a strange noise. It gets quite dusty on this road, so we spend a lot of time cleaning things up before we even start the repairs. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby for people to wait in. Most of the time, folks just drop off their units and come back later when they are done with their errands near the temple. It is a straightforward kind of place. We talk to the customers about what is wrong, tell them if a part needs replacing, and then get to work. Sometimes the parts take a day to arrive, and the shop feels a bit cramped with all the boxes around. My hands are usually greasy from the machines, but that is part of the job. It is a local spot for local people who just want their water filters to work again without any trouble. We stay busy enough to keep the lights on and the tools moving throughout the week. There is always a pile of machines waiting for us every morning.
