Aqua Help Line

Our place is at C/11 in Shahid Kunj, which is a part of the New Palam Vihar area. Aqua Help Line is basically exactly what the name says. We help out with various water-related issues that people have. It is mostly service work, so we are often out on calls rather than sitting in the office all day. The office itself is quite small and a bit tucked away. It is mostly just a spot for us to keep our tools and take phone calls from customers. People around New Palam Vihar know where to find us if they have a leak or if their water purifier stops working. We don't have a fancy reception area or any of those things. It is just a practical home base for our small team. We try to get to everyone as fast as we can, but sometimes the traffic in this part of town makes things go a bit slow. We have been working in this neighborhood for quite some time now. We aren't a big corporation with uniforms and prepared scripts. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors because that is exactly what they are. It is a simple operation. We fix things, we make sure the water is flowing again, and then we head off to the next house. It isn't glamorous work, but it is necessary for the homes around here. If you are near Shahid Kunj, you can usually spot us.
