We’re based out of J 7 13 in DLF Phase II, right near Gurgaon Village. Apple Tree Building Maintenance is basically what the name says. We take care of buildings. Whether it’s a leaky pipe, a broken light, or some painting that needs doing, we’re the ones who get the call. Our office is more like a storage space for ladders, paint cans, and heavy toolboxes. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Gurgaon is always growing, so there’s never a shortage of things breaking down or needing a touch-up. We spend our days driving from one property to another in our old van. It’s a lot of physical work and we’re usually pretty tired by the end of the long day. We aren't a big corporate maintenance firm with fancy uniforms. We’re just a local crew that knows how to fix things. We’ve seen all sorts of problems in these buildings over the years, from flooding to electrical shorts. We try to be practical about repairs. If something can be fixed, we fix it instead of telling you to buy a new one. The traffic in DLF can be a total nightmare, so we try to plan our routes very carefully. It’s just us, doing the work that keeps these buildings running. No fuss, just tools and hard work. We don't have any flashy slogans. We just show up and fix the problem.
