Apeejay College Of Engineering

We've been here in Sohna on the Palwal Road for quite a long while now. Most people around here know us as the engineering college in Durga Colony. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the buses start rolling in from the nearby towns. We have this big campus that gets a bit dusty when the Haryana wind picks up, but it's where everything happens for us. Students are always running around between classes, looking for a quiet corner to sit or just catching up near the main gates. My desk is near the window, so I get to see most of the daily bustle. It isn't some fancy high-tech building like the ones you see in the big cities, but it works just fine for us. We handle a lot of the day-to-day stuff, from fixing schedules to making sure the lights stay on in the computer labs. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but that’s just life on the Palwal Road. People from the nearby villages come here, and you get to know names and faces after a while. It’s not just about textbooks; it’s about the tea breaks and the noise in the hallways between lectures. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing. We just show up, do the work, and help the kids figure out how to get their degrees. The heat in the summer can be a lot, but the fans keep spinning.
