We’ve been over here at Block A in Sector 45 for a while now. Running Apac Sourcing Solutions keeps us pretty busy every single day, mostly just figuring out where to get the right stuff for other businesses. It’s a lot of phone calls and endless emails, honestly. My desk is usually covered in papers and samples from different places we deal with. We aren't some big fancy operation with a lobby, just a few of us in room 303 trying to make things work out. Some days are much quieter than others. We spend a lot of time checking on orders and making sure things actually show up when people say they will. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do for a living. The office gets a bit warm in the late afternoons, but the location is handy for our commute. People sometimes ask what sourcing really means, and I just tell them we find things that people need. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. Just doing our bit from this corner of Sector 45. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and that's the real highlight of the morning for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the logistics. It's practical work. Nothing too glamorous about it, just making sure the supply chain doesn't break. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers and trying to get a fair deal. It’s just how it goes here in the office.
