Ansal Plaza

Ansal Plaza is situated over in the Sarai Alahwardi area of Palam Vihar. We are mostly involved with the management side of things here at Palam Vaypar Kander, specifically around units 21 and 22. It is a busy place where people are always coming and going. You have shoppers, office workers, and delivery guys moving through the corridors all day long. Our job is basically to keep the place running. That means dealing with the lights, the cleaning, and making sure the security is where it should be. It’s a lot of walking around and checking on things. We see a lot of different people. Some are regulars who come in every morning for their coffee or to open their shops. Others are just passing through. Palam Vihar has grown a lot over the years, and this building has seen a lot of changes too. We don't have any big ideas about how to run things. We just try to fix things when they break and keep the common areas tidy. Sometimes there are issues with the parking or the elevators, and we have to jump on that quickly. It can be stressful when everything happens at once, but mostly it’s just a steady flow of daily tasks. It’s not a perfect place, but it’s a hub for the neighborhood. We take pride in just making sure it stays open and functional for everyone.
