We are tucked away in Jyoti Market, right at Shop Number 3. It’s a small place in the Jyoti Park area. If you’re looking for us, you’ll probably see the display of colorful mobile covers outside first. I’ve been running this shop for a long time. It’s mostly just me here. I spend a lot of time fixing screens or helping people with their mobile data plans. The shop is quite narrow, so if two or three people come in at once, it feels very full and loud. I have a lot of tools scattered on my workbench because there’s always something to take apart and look at. We also sell a few basic phones for people who don't want anything too fancy or expensive. The market can be quite lively, especially on weekends when everyone is out. I know most of the people who live around here by name. They stop by to say hello or ask for help with a gadget they bought somewhere else. It’s a modest setup with just enough space for the essentials. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use a small battery lamp to keep working. It’s not a big corporate store with uniforms and shiny floors. It’s just a local shop where we do our best to help out with phone troubles. We’re open most days from morning until the market closes.
