Our workspace is located at 1 Maitri Apartments in Sector 9, Rohini. Being inside an apartment complex gives the office a very different vibe than a standard commercial building. It feels a lot more personal and quiet, which helps when we have a lot of data to get through for American Express. We are on the ground floor, so it’s easy for us to step out for a minute or for people to find us without wandering through hallways. The rooms are a bit smaller than a typical office, but we’ve made it work by organizing our desks along the walls. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we don't mind it. The neighborhood in Sector 9 is mostly families, so we see kids going to school and people walking their dogs while we are working. It makes the day feel a bit more human. We have a small pantry where we keep our lunches, and there’s always a jar of biscuits sitting on the main table. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or branding; we just keep the place clean and functional. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it allows us to focus on the daily chores and paperwork without any distractions from a big corporate atmosphere.
