Agilent Technologies

We are located at the Nagheswara Raov Madhivada Center in Akividu, Andhra Pradesh. Being based here is quite different from being in a big city like Delhi or Mumbai. It’s a bit more relaxed, though we still keep busy with our work for Agilent Technologies. The office is a simple place. We have our desks, our systems, and a small area for files. It’s not high-tech in terms of decor, but it has everything we need to do our jobs properly. Most of us are locals from around here. We don’t use a lot of corporate jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just provide the technical services that are expected of us. The weather can get quite warm, so we have the fans going most of the day. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees in this building. It’s just a handful of us making sure things run smoothly. We know the neighbors and they know us. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don’t have a fancy website with stock photos of people in suits. We are just real people in Akividu doing our daily tasks. It’s practical, it’s honest, and it suits our lifestyle here. Sometimes we bring in food from home and share it during the break. It makes the day go by a bit better.
