Our small office is located at 209 in DLF City Phase I. It’s a familiar spot for many people in this part of town. We spend our days helping people find work and helping companies find people to fill their open spots. It’s a lot of sorting through resumes, making phone calls, and sitting through interviews. The space isn’t very big, so things can feel a bit crowded when we have a few people waiting to talk to us. We keep a stack of application forms on the front desk and a few pens that usually go missing by the end of the week. The light in the office is a bit bright, but it keeps us awake during those long afternoons. We’ve been working out of this building for a while now. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs. We don’t have any fancy technology, just our computers and some filing cabinets for the old-school stuff. Sometimes the phones don’t stop ringing, and other times it’s dead quiet for hours. We just take it as it comes. It’s a straightforward operation. We meet people, we look at their skills, and we see where they might fit. It’s a lot of listening and a lot of typing. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help folks find a steady paycheck so they can pay their bills.
