Adecco

Adecco is operating out of Room No 27 in the Malik Hostel. It’s located on Plot No 2333 3 in Gali No 3, right opposite Sector 14 in Gurgaon. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an office, being in a hostel building, but it works for us. The area is quite dusty because of all the construction nearby in Haryana. We spend most of our time helping people find work or talking to companies that need staff. The room is small and sometimes gets a bit hot when there are too many people inside. We have a couple of desks pushed against the walls and a lot of resumes stacked in piles. It’s not a polished corporate environment at all. We have to deal with the typical Gurgaon power cuts now and then, which can be a real pain when you are in the middle of a call. We just use our mobile hotspots and keep going. The street outside, Gali No 3, is usually crowded with bikes and people walking to the main road. We don’t have a big sign out front, so you have to look for the Malik Hostel entrance. It’s a very down-to-earth operation. We are just here to help people get jobs and help businesses fill their spots. It’s honest work and we do it from this small room every day. It isn't always easy but we get by.
