Our office is over in Dwarka, specifically at 280, Pocket-B in Sector-13. It’s a pretty standard spot in New Delhi. We deal with staffing and helping people find work, which means there’s usually someone coming in or out. It gets busy on Monday mornings. We have a lot of files and a lot of resumes to go through. It’s mostly just making phone calls and checking backgrounds. It can be repetitive, but it’s important work. The team here just gets on with it. We don't have fancy furniture or anything. Just some sturdy desks and computers that have seen better days. We spend our time trying to match folks with the right roles. Sometimes it’s easy and sometimes it takes forever. You meet all kinds of people in this business. Some are nervous and some are just ready to get started. We listen to a lot of stories. It’s not always about the paperwork; it’s about the person standing in front of you. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job isn't a good fit, we say so. Dwarka is a good location for us because it's easy for people to find. We've been here long enough that we know the neighborhood well. It's just a regular office doing regular work, trying to keep everyone employed and happy.
