Adecco Flexione

Our office, Adecco Flexione, is located at house number 57 on the 2nd floor in White Wood, Malibu Town. This is in the Gurgaon area, which is always busy and changing. The office is actually inside Sandeep Kumar’s house setup, which gives it a more personal feel than those big glass towers you see in Cyber City. Being on the second floor, we get a bit of a view of Malibu Town, which is a nice enough place. It is a bit quieter here than the main roads of Gurgaon, but you still get the construction noise every now and then. We handle our day-to-day business from a couple of rooms that we have converted into work spaces. There are no fancy signs or big logos, just a place where we sit and get things done. Most of our work involves talking to people over the phone and organizing schedules. Since it is a house, it feels a bit more relaxed than a standard office, but we still put in the hours. We don't have a big marketing pitch. We just tell people we are in Malibu Town and they usually find their way here eventually. It is a practical way to run things without all the overhead of a big commercial building. We like the neighborhood and the people we see around the White Wood area. It’s just a normal day for us, and we are happy to be working in such a spot.
