We are located in Sector 51 of Noida, specifically at Flat No. C-92 in Kendriya Vihar. It’s a bit of a different setup being in a residential-style complex, but it works well for us. People sometimes get a little lost trying to find the specific block, but once they arrive, it’s pretty straightforward. We handle workforce solutions for various sectors from this little hub. It’s a bit quieter than being right on a main commercial road, which the staff appreciates. We have our desks set up and the computers stay busy all day. There isn't any fancy lobby or receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We handle a lot of paperwork and digital files. Noida is always expanding, and we see the changes every day. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch. We just manage the staff needs for the companies we work with. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on people’s start dates. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We like the community vibe of Kendriya Vihar. It feels more personal than a glass skyscraper. We just focus on the work and making sure the records are kept straight for everyone. It is a simple place with a lot of daily activity going on inside.
