We are based out of Flat No 146 P3B in Princeton Estate, which is part of DLF Phase 5 in Gurgaon. It’s a high-rise area, so we spend a lot of time waiting for elevators and looking out the windows at the other buildings. Acl Wireless Pvt Ltd is run from this apartment-style office. It feels a bit more like a home than a traditional workplace, which we actually kind of like. There’s a small kitchen where we make our own meals most days. The space is filled with desks and a lot of tangled wires, which is pretty common for us. Gurgaon is always growing, so there is usually construction noise somewhere nearby. We’ve been here long enough that we don't really notice it anymore. The team is small, and we mostly just focus on the technical stuff that needs doing. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up to answer it. It’s a very informal environment. We wear casual clothes and don't worry too much about appearances. Sometimes we sit out on the balcony for a few minutes just to get some air when the weather allows it. It’s a decent way to work, away from the stuffiness of the big corporate parks. We just do our bit and keep the business running as best as we can each day.
