You can find us over at 206 Sushant Estate in Sector 52 of Gurgaon. This part of Haryana is always growing, and there’s construction noise almost every other day nearby. Our office is in a pretty standard block within the Urban Estate. Gurgaon is known for big glass buildings, but our place is much more modest than that. It’s just room 206, filled with the usual office stuff like printers that occasionally jam and stacks of paper. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, so we can see the weather changing or the traffic building up. The commute can be a real pain with the Gurgaon traffic, so we all have our shortcuts. Inside, we’re just a group of people trying to keep on top of our workload. We don’t have a cafeteria, so we usually order something from the local dhabas or bring a dabba from home. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend time on fancy presentations about our goals. We just look at what needs to be done today and do it. The power goes out sometimes, but the backup kicks in soon enough. It’s a bit of a lived-in space, not like those sterile offices you see in magazines. We have our own mugs and a few plants on the desks to make it feel a bit more like home. It’s just where we go to earn our living and get things sorted properly.
