Aaina Tent House

Aaina Tent House is based in Yadav Market, which is inside Sushant Lok Phase I. Our business is all about the physical stuff needed for gatherings. We have stacks of iron poles, rolls of heavy fabric, and hundreds of chairs that we move from one place to another. It is hard, manual work that keeps us on our toes. Yadav Market is a good home for us, though it can get quite cramped when we are trying to load the trucks for a big event. We don't have a fancy front office because most of our time is spent in the warehouse or out at a site. Sushant Lok Phase I is a large area, so we are always traveling back and forth. When things are quiet, we sit in the shop and check the tents for tears or clean the stains off the carpets. It isn't the kind of job where you wear a suit. We wear old clothes that can handle the dust and the sweat. People in the market know us as the tent guys. We’ve been through many seasons, from the freezing winters to the humid summers where the work feels twice as heavy. We just provide the basic structure for people to have their meetings and celebrations. It is honest work and it keeps the kitchen fire burning. We don't ask for much more than that.
