A1 Aqua Care System is located right in the middle of the action at Sikandarpur Main Market on MG Road, Sector 56. If you know the market, you know it’s always moving. There’s a lot of noise and people everywhere, which is exactly how we like it. We’ve been operating out of this spot because it’s central for everyone. Our shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a door and some boxes of filters, but inside we are always busy. We deal with water systems all day long. MG Road can be a nightmare for parking, so we usually tell people to just drop their units off if they can. We spend a lot of our time out on calls in Sector 56 and the surrounding areas. The water quality varies a lot around here, so we have to know our stuff. We aren't big on slogans or fancy talk. We just listen to what’s wrong with the machine and try to find the quickest way to get it running again. Sometimes the parts are hard to find, but we have our sources in the market. It’s a lot of manual work and getting our hands dirty. Being in Sikandarpur means we are never bored. There is always someone coming in with a question or a problem. We just take it one day at a time and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door.
