Our place is on Gsp Road in Pathankot, very close to the bus stand. If you know that area, you know it is always packed with people and buses moving around. It’s a very handy spot for a travel business because so many people are arriving or leaving right there. We are just a short walk from where the buses park, so we get a lot of walk-in traffic. The office is pretty simple, we just have what we need to work. We spend the day talking to travelers and trying to help them get their plans sorted out. Since we are near the bus stand, things can get a little loud and messy outside with all the horns and people shouting, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We handle a lot of local travel and some longer trips too. Most of the time, it’s just about sitting down and looking at the dates and times to see what works for people. We don't have any fancy decorations or anything like that, just some maps on the wall and our desks. It’s a practical setup for a practical job. We see all kinds of people coming through, from students to families. It keeps us busy, and there’s never really a dull moment with the bus stand right next door. We’ve been in this location for a while and it suits us just fine for what we do every day.
