We run Manimahesh Tour And Travel out of Village Akhwana, which is right by Pangoli Chowk here in Pathankot. It’s a bit away from the main city center but very close to the junction where the roads split off toward the hills. This makes it a quiet spot to keep our vehicles when they aren't out on the road. We started this business because we live in the village and noticed people always needed reliable ways to get around. It's not a big fancy office like you might find in a mall. It’s more of a local setup where we know all our neighbors. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with drivers and making sure the cars are in good shape for long trips. The area around Pangoli Chowk is growing, but it still has that village feel. We handle a lot of trips for people going up to the religious sites or just heading home for the holidays. Sometimes the internet is slow out here, so we do a lot of business over the phone or face-to-face. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people telling their friends about us. It is just a simple operation and we try to stay honest and do our daily tasks without much fuss.
