Batala Vices

Batala Vices is located right out in the village area near the Post Office Batala. It’s a quiet spot most of the time compared to the city. We are situated near Social Point in the Gurdaspur district. The pace of life here is a bit slower, which suits us just fine. You can hear the birds in the morning before the day really gets moving. Being near the post office is handy for us because we deal with a lot of mail. The workshop has its own rhythm. We have some heavy tools and benches set up. It gets a bit dusty inside when we’re busy, but that’s just how it goes with this kind of work. The locals walk by and say hello. Sometimes the weather gets really hot in Gurdaspur, and the fans inside don’t do much, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some huge factory. It’s just a place where we put in our hours and make sure the work is finished. There is a small tea stall not too far away where we go when we need a breather. The road leading up to the village can be a bit bumpy after the rain. We’ve seen a lot of seasons change from this front door. It’s a simple setup with everything we need in one place. Most of us have lived around here for a long time, so it feels like home. Our daily routine is basic and we like it that way.
