You can find us at 8 B in the Industrial Estate over in Batala, Punjab. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of noise and activity going on around us from early in the morning until late. Sahil Alloys & Machine Tools P Ltd has been operating out of this unit for quite some time now. The building is older, but it serves our purposes for handling the machines and all the metal parts we deal with. Batala is known for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the other shops on the block. It gets quite dusty here because of the heavy traffic and the nature of the industry, but that is just part of the daily life for us. We spend most of our time on the shop floor making sure the tools are where they need to be. There is not much in the way of decoration, just the equipment and the desks we use to keep our records straight. If you are coming from the main road, just look for the row of units in the 8 B section. Punjab winters can be cold in the sheds, so we usually have a heater going in the office area. During the summers, it is the opposite. It’s just an honest place where people work hard. We do not spend much time on fancy talk. We just get through the orders we have and try to keep things moving.
