Ashine Computer

Ashine Computer sits right across from Hotel Parag on Gurudaspur Road. It is a pretty easy place to find if you know the area. Most mornings start with dusting off the keyboards and checking the power strips. Computers come in all the time with various issues. Some have broken screens and others just will not turn on at all. We spend a lot of time staring at monitors and trying to figure out what went wrong. The shop is filled with old parts, boxes, and tangled wires that we keep meaning to organize better. Customers usually wait on the small bench we have near the door. It is a bit cramped when more than three people are inside. Gurudaspur Road is always noisy with buses and bikes going past. We hear the hotel guests coming and going too. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes the work take longer than it should. We are not trying to be the biggest shop in town. We just like fixing things and seeing them work again. People bring their laptops and ask all sorts of questions. We try to answer them as simply as we can without using too much technical talk. It is a small life but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes we stay late when a job is particularly stubborn. That is just how it goes here in the shop.
