Shekar Granites

Shekar Granites is right on Kakumanuvari Street in Kothapet, at number 592. It is a bit of a different setup because we are more in the middle of a busy street rather than out in a huge industrial park. This means we have to be a bit more careful with how we load and unload the granite so we don't block the road for too long. Kothapet is a lively place, and there is always something going on outside our door. We spend a lot of our time talking to people who just wander in off the street to ask questions about the stone. The office is small and usually has a few stacks of samples lying around on the floor. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We have a small crew that has been with us for a long time, and we mostly just handle things as they come up. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the work gets done and the customers get what they asked for without too much fuss. Being on Kakumanuvari Street means we are close to everything, which is handy. The days go by pretty fast when you're busy with the slabs and the people stopping by. It’s just a regular local business, and we are happy to be part of the neighborhood here.
