Our group, Shahkaaragro Farmer Producer Company Limited, is located over in Barabanki. We operate out of Mohd Naeem's place in Shadaut Ganj. It's a typical setup for a local company like ours where everyone knows everyone. Being a farmer producer company means we spend a lot of time thinking about crops and how things are growing in the fields around 225206. It isn't a big corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, you'll just find someone sitting with a notebook or checking on supplies. Barabanki is a good place for this kind of work because the soil is decent and people here really understand farming. We started this because we wanted to handle our own business instead of letting others do it for us. It’s been a learning curve for sure. Some seasons are tougher than others when the rain doesn't come or if it comes too much. We just keep at it though. There is always something to do, whether it's paperwork or talking to the local growers. We don't use big words or have fancy meetings. It's just us trying to make a living and help the local agriculture move along. If you walk down to Shadaut Ganj, you’ll see how we work. It is straightforward and we don’t try to be something we aren't. We just want to get the job done and make sure the harvest is worth the effort.
