Shivam Cement Products

We are located out on Moviya Road, right at Reti Chowk. It is a bit of a dusty spot because of all the cement and sand around here, but that is just the nature of the work. Our place is directly opposite the Veterinary Hospital. You can usually hear the animals or see people bringing their livestock in throughout the day. Reti Chowk is a busy junction where a lot of trucks pass through. We spend our days outside or in the small shed we have for the office. There is always a lot of heavy lifting involved in what we do. The ground is usually covered in a thin layer of grey dust from the cement bags. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a lobby. Usually, we are just wearing our work clothes and drinking tea by the roadside when we take a break. The sun can get pretty hot on Moviya Road, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the morning. It’s a straightforward life here. We make the products, load the trucks, and talk to the drivers. Sometimes the wind picks up and blows the dust around, which is just part of being at Reti Chowk. It’s not a glamorous job, but we’ve been doing it a long time. People around here know us as the guys across from the vet. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
