You will find us out on Jetpur Road, not too far from the Sandhiya Bridge. It is a good spot because everyone passes by here on their way in or out of town. The bridge is the main thing people use to find us. Out here, the wind blows the dust around quite a bit, which is normal for a cement yard. We have piles of stuff sitting out in the open. It’s a basic operation with a few guys working the yard. We don't have a big air-conditioned lobby or a receptionist. Usually, someone is just walking around with a clipboard or checking the stock. The road gets quite loud with the heavy trucks rumbling past toward the bridge. We have been at this location for some time now. The ground is mostly hard dirt and gravel. When it rains, it gets a little messy, but we keep moving the blocks and pipes anyway. It is heavy work, lifting and loading all day. We try to keep things organized, though it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. Most of our neighbors are also doing industrial stuff, so we all fit in together. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the heavy lifting, and watch the traffic go by. Jetpur Road is always moving, and so are we. We don't worry about the polish, just the work that needs finishing before the sun goes down.
