Zaklad Foods Pvt. Ltd.

Zaklad Foods Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Shop No. 49A in Devika Chamber, which is located in the RDC Raj Nagar area. We are right opposite the Maha Luxmi Mall, so it’s easy to spot us if you are familiar with that part of Ghaziabad. The office is on the ground floor of the chamber building. It’s a bit of a cramped space because we have so many files and samples taking up the desk room. We have a small window that looks out onto the main road, but it’s usually too noisy to keep it open for long. Most of our day is spent on the phone or coordinating shipments coming in and out of the city. We aren’t really a retail shop where people come to browse. It’s more of a functional workspace where we handle the paperwork and the logistics of the food business. We have a small kitchen area in the back where we make tea and heat up our tiffins at lunchtime. The walls are covered in maps and delivery schedules. Sometimes the elevator in the building breaks down, and we have to carry everything up and down the stairs, which is no fun in the summer. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now and have gotten to know the security guards and the other business owners in the building. It is a very normal office life with a lot of paperwork and routine. We try to leave exactly at six every evening.
