We are based over in Vaishali, Sector III-A, in Ghaziabad. Our office is located on the first floor of Plot No. 52. We work on facade systems, which is just a fancy way of saying we handle the outside parts of buildings like glass walls and metal cladding. Most of our day is spent looking at blueprints or being out on a construction site making sure things are being put up correctly. It is a tough business to be in because the weather here in Ghaziabad can make outdoor work really difficult. When it gets too hot or starts pouring rain, everything slows down and it gets a bit frustrating. But that is just how the construction world works. We have a small team in the office who handles the measurements and orders the materials we need. We are not a big corporation with a marketing budget. We are just regular people who know how to put a building’s exterior together. There is always a lot of noise and dust involved in what we do, so we don't try to make it sound better than it is. It is manual labor mixed with a bit of careful planning. If you stop by, you will see samples of glass and aluminum frames leaning against the walls. It is a bit of a tight squeeze in here, but we make it work and stay busy.
