Our work for Brahamputra Consortium Ltd happens at 380, Hans Nagar in the Ghukna area of Ghaziabad. This part of town is usually quite busy with a lot of construction and trucks moving around, so it can get a bit noisy during the day. Our office is in a regular building that doesn't stand out much from the others on the street. It’s a very practical space where we have set up our desks and filing systems. We don't have any fancy decor or modern office designs. It’s just a place with four walls where we do our daily work. The dust from the road sometimes settles on the windows, so we have to clean them quite often. We have a small team here, and we all know each other well. There is no corporate ladder to climb or big meetings with presentations. We just sit down, look at what needs to be finished, and get to it. Sometimes we have a bit of trouble with the electricity, but we just take that in our stride. There is a small market nearby where we get our lunch and tea. It’s an honest, simple setup that allows us to focus on the tasks at hand without any distractions. We don't use any complicated language or marketing talk. We are just here at Hans Nagar, doing our jobs and going home at the end of the day. It’s a regular life for us.
