Dsc Limited

This part of Dsc Limited operates out of Tushar Apartment in Shalimar Garden Extension-II, Sahibabad. Specifically, we are in Flat No. S-9 on the second floor. It’s basically a residential flat that we’ve converted into an office space. It makes the whole workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in a big commercial tower. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee and a main room where all the desks are pushed together. Living and working in Ghaziabad means dealing with a lot of dust and traffic, but being in an apartment complex keeps us a little bit away from the main road noise. We know the security guards and the people living in the other flats. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, which is good when we need to focus on figures or reports. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just ring the doorbell and come on in. Sometimes we have meetings at the dining table because it’s the biggest flat surface we have. We’ve been here for a few years now and it suits us just fine. We don't need much more than a reliable internet connection and a place to sit. It’s a very simple setup. We don't spend money on expensive paintings or leather chairs. We’d rather keep our overheads low and just focus on the projects we are supposed to be managing from this Ghaziabad branch office here.
