Croma Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is based over in Noida at B 65, right in Pocket 1 of Kendriya Vihar. It is a quiet residential neighborhood which makes for a peaceful place to work. We don't have the typical industrial park setup you might expect for an engineering firm. Instead, we work from this spot where things feel a bit more personal. Our office is basically a few rooms filled with drawings, computers, and pieces of equipment we are testing out. We have been in this part of Noida for a good while. The security at the gate of Kendriya Vihar knows us pretty well by now. We don't spend money on flashy decorations or fancy lobby furniture. We'd rather put that into the tools we use for our engineering work. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting or planning out the next project. We have a small group of dedicated people who have been here since the start. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of blueprints spread out, but we make it work. Sometimes the tea man comes around and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or corporate talk. We just do the engineering work that needs doing and go home at the end of the day. It’s just how we have always done things here.
