Vijay Crane Service & Engineering Works

Our place is at B-27, D-1, in the Bulandshahr Road Industrial Area. Vijay Crane Service & Engineering Works is where we keep the equipment and do the repair work. It’s a large plot because we need the space for the cranes and the big trucks we use for our jobs. The industrial area is always busy with a lot of heavy traffic and dust everywhere. We provide crane services for local construction or moving heavy items. It’s a lot of outdoor work, so we are often out in the sun or rain depending on the season. The engineering side happens in the workshop where we fix the machinery or fabricate parts. It’s a loud place with lots of welding and clanging of metal. We have a small office trailer on the site for the paperwork. It’s not very fancy, just a place to keep the files dry. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a long time. Most of our guys have been around cranes their whole lives. We don't really do much in terms of advertising; people just call us when they have something heavy to lift. It’s a tough job but it pays the bills. The yard is usually a bit of a mess with cables and spare parts, but we know where everything is. It is just a straightforward business where we focus on the machinery and getting the job done. We don't have much time for anything else at the end of the day.
