A S Mechanical

Our workshop, A S Mechanical, is located at D 12 and 13 in the Punjab Expeller area of Ashok Nagar. It is one of those places where you can always hear the sound of hammers or the constant hum of a motor. We have been working out of these two units for a long while. Mostly, we deal with mechanical parts and various types of repairs. It is the kind of place where things are a bit greasy, and there are tools scattered across the workbenches. We don't have an office with air conditioning or anything like that; we just work right there on the shop floor. People in Ashok Nagar know us because we’ve been here so long. The work can be heavy, especially when we are moving large pieces of iron or steel around. We usually have a few projects going on at the same time, so it gets a bit cramped. The lighting inside isn't always the best, but we know the machines by heart now. We usually have lunch together in the small space we have out back. It is a simple life of fixing things and making sure the parts fit like they are supposed to. We don't use much technology for the office side of things, just a ledger and some pens. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our overalls, probably covered in a bit of soot, just getting the job done.
