Vascon Engineers Limited

We are Vascon Engineers Limited and we run our operations from 16/26 Vasundhara in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. It’s a busy part of town, which is pretty typical for this area. The office is located in a standard residential-commercial mix building. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Inside, it’s a lot of paperwork, computers, and people talking about site schedules. Ghaziabad can be quite intense with the noise and the pace of things, but once you step into the office, it’s just us doing our thing. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s more about having a desk and a chair and a good light to work by. Being in UP means we deal with all kinds of weather, from the freezing cold in January to the sticky heat in June. We just get on with it. The address 16/26 is easy for the courier guys to find, which is helpful because we’re always sending and receiving documents. We don’t spend much on making the place look like a corporate showroom. It’s a working office. We have our files stacked up and our calendars marked with dates. It feels like a real place where actual work happens, not just a place for show. Most of us take the local transport or drive in, and the commute is just part of the daily grind here in Ghaziabad.
