Vakun Properties

Vakun Properties is located over in Sahibabad, right in the Shalimar Garden area. It’s a pretty established neighborhood, and we’ve been part of the landscape here for a good bit. The office isn't anything too special, just a place for us to sit down and talk to people about real estate. We handle a lot of the local buying and selling that happens around this part of Ghaziabad. Shalimar Garden has changed a lot over the years, and we've seen it happen from our front door. Some days are slow, just filing papers and answering the phone, while other days everyone seems to want to see a house at the same time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's usually just a few of us making sure the listings are correct and the keys are where they should be. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands. If someone asks about a specific corner or a building, we usually have an answer. We try to keep things straightforward. No one here uses big corporate words. We just talk like regular people because that's what we are. The office gets a bit hot in the summer, but we have a decent fan and plenty of water. It's a simple life, helping people find a spot to live in Sahibabad. We aren't fancy, we just do the work.
