M S Properties

M S Properties is located in Loni, specifically at Sector C 2, Tonica City, block C/35. We’ve been here since this area started growing. It’s mostly industrial and residential mixed together. We help people find space for their small businesses or a home for their workers. It’s a lot of work because Tonica City is quite spread out. We spend half the day on our scooters going from one plot to another. The dust can be a bit much sometimes, but you get used to it. Our office isn't anything fancy, just some chairs and a table where we can look at maps of the sector. We know the local rules and who to talk to when there’s a problem with the land. People around Loni know us as the guys who have been here the longest. We don't promise anything we can't do. If a plot has an issue, we tell you. It’s better that way so nobody gets a surprise later. We handle the paperwork for transfers and leases, which can be a real headache, but we’ve done it so many times now. It’s just us trying to make a living helping others find their spot in C 2. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the main turn in Sector C. We aren't hard to find, and there is usually someone here to talk. We just keep it moving.
