Property Fair

We are based in Indirapuram, specifically at Gyan Khand 3, over in the Shipra Revara Sagar area, unit 11. Property Fair has been our name for a while. This part of Indra Puram is always busy with people looking for flats. We spend our mornings checking out new listings and our afternoons meeting people who want to see them. It gets quite hot in the summer when we’re out on the road. We try to keep track of all the different blocks and what’s for sale. Sometimes the keys don't work or we have to wait for a guard to let us in, but that’s just part of the job. It isn't a glamorous life, just plenty of talking and walking. We know the shops and schools around Gyan Khand pretty well. People come to us when they are tired of looking online and just want to talk to someone who lives here. We don't use those big corporate scripts. We just tell you what the place looks like and what the neighbors are like. Some houses have better light, others are closer to the main road. We just tell it like it is. It's a small team here, so we all do a bit of everything, from answering phones to filing papers. That's how we keep things moving at unit 11. It’s basically just us and our folders of property info.
