We've been at Indirapuram Shakti Khand I 220/4 for a while now. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and maps of the local blocks. Most days, someone is out showing a flat while someone else stays back to answer the phone. It gets pretty busy around here, especially on weekends when everyone wants to look at houses. We mostly deal with what is nearby because that is what we know. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take a break. It's not a fancy setup at all. We have a couple of desks and some chairs that have seen better days. When someone walks in, they usually just want to know the current prices or if anything new has come up in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time just talking to neighbors and keeping track of who is moving where. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to do things the old way with notebooks. It’s just how it goes in a small office. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us at Rock Fort Realtors trying to keep things organized. If you pass by Shakti Khand, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s nothing special, just a place where we get the work done. We handle the paperwork and try to make sure the details are right so there aren't problems later. That's really all there is to it.
