Our spot is over in Sara Vaishali Sector 4. It is a decent area with plenty of people moving in and out all the time. Working at NCR Realty means spending a lot of time on the phone or driving around to look at different sites. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just regular property work. The office at Sector 4 is where we meet up in the morning to figure out the day. Sometimes we have a lot of listings to go through and other days it is quiet enough to catch up on filing. We deal with all sorts of people, from young couples to folks looking to downsize. It's interesting to see what people are looking for in a home. The traffic near the office can be a pain during rush hour, so we try to schedule our site visits accordingly. We don't use a lot of fancy software; a lot of our notes are still on yellow pads. It works for us. People know where to find us if they have a question about a specific plot or an apartment nearby. We just tell people what we know about the current market and let them make their own choices. It keeps things simple for everyone involved. There are three of us here most days, and we just try to keep the records straight. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
