V S Properties

We are over in Sahibabad at Shaliamar Garden. V S Properties has been in this neighborhood for some time now. It’s a residential sort of area but with plenty of shops and small businesses tucked into every corner. Our office is on a street that gets quite a lot of foot traffic, especially in the evenings when people are coming home from work. We have a simple glass front, so we can see everyone walking by. Inside, it’s mostly just a few chairs and a desk where we handle the paperwork. We don't have any of those fancy coffee machines, just a simple kettle for making tea. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, which is good because people bring in a lot of dirt from the street. It’s a very local operation. We know the guy who runs the store next door and the person who delivers the mail. It feels more like a community than a business district. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when there is a celebration in the garden area, but we just turn up the fan and keep working. We aren't a corporate giant, just a small team trying to keep things organized. The hours are long sometimes, but we like the pace of life here. It’s honest work and we do it in a place that feels familiar to us. Every now and then the power flickers, but it usually comes back on quickly.
