Our main office is situated on Palm Vihar Road in Gurgaon. This is a very busy road and we see thousands of people passing by our door every day. Uttrakhand Properties has been around since long before some of these new high-rise buildings were even built. We have watched Gurgaon transform from a few simple roads into the massive city it is now. Our office is a very practical place to work. We do not have any expensive furniture or a receptionist sitting at a big desk. We just have a few workstations and a lot of knowledge about the local property market. People come to see us when they are tired of looking at those big websites and want to talk to someone who understands the actual ground reality. We handle rentals, sales, and all the confusing legal work that comes along with it. Palm Vihar Road is a good central spot for us to reach different sectors. We spend a lot of time driving around to check on different buildings and plots. It can be dusty and tiring work, but we actually enjoy it. We do not make big promises that we cannot keep. If the market is slow, we will tell you it is slow. If a price seems way too high, we let the owner know. We think being direct is the best way to do business. Most of our work comes from old clients and their friends.
