Uttrakhand Associate

We are located at 25934 in Niti Khand, Indirapuram. Since it is a residential area, it stays a bit quieter than the big commercial markets nearby. Uttrakhand Associate has been running from this address for a good number of years now. We are not a big company with a hundred different agents. It is just a couple of us who know the streets of Indirapuram like the back of our hands. We spend our time helping people find apartments or maybe a small plot of land. Most of our day involves answering the phone or walking people over to see different properties. We do not use any of those polished sales scripts you might hear in the bigger city offices. We just talk like normal people because that is what we are. If a house has a strange layout or if the parking space is too tight, we are going to tell you about it. We would much rather have you happy with a place than just make a quick bit of money. Niti Khand is a good community and we like to help keep it that way. Our office has a few maps pinned to the wall and plenty of registers. It is a bit old-fashioned but it works well for us. Sometimes we get sidetracked talking about the local news instead of just talking about property. It is just how we do things here. We value the friendships we have built with our clients over many seasons.
