You will find us at Shop No E/27 in the DDA Market in Jahangirpuri. We are right near Maharaja Agrasen Chowk, so it is a fairly easy place to locate. The market is always crowded and noisy, but that is just part of the daily life here. We have been doing the work for Uttaranchal Property in this spot for a long time. Our shop is quite small and usually packed with folders and a couple of old chairs for anyone who drops by. We deal with all kinds of local property matters. People often stop in while they are out doing their regular shopping. We do not do any fancy advertising. The sign outside has faded a bit from the sun, but everyone in the neighborhood knows who we are. We know the local blocks very well. Jahangirpuri has its own way of doing things and we have been here through all the changes. Whether it is a tiny shop space or a small flat, we usually have something on our list that might work. We are not interested in becoming a big chain of offices. We just want to do a decent job for the people living nearby. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside on the bench and talk with the neighbors until it comes back. It is a very simple and grounded way to run a business. We handle the registries and the paperwork which can be a real struggle for people.
