Unilink Engg.Pvt.Ltd. is tucked away at House Number 1260 in Kotla Sadat, which most locals call Phoolgari. Being in Hapur, near Ghaziabad, means it gets quite busy around here during the day. The street outside can be a bit narrow, so parking is always a bit of a puzzle. We operate out of this house, so it doesn’t look like those big factories you see on the highway. Inside, it is mostly engineering talk and people looking at drawings or managing orders. The air is often filled with the sounds of the town—scooters buzzing by and neighbors talking. We don't have any fancy signage or a big lobby. There is usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. It’s the kind of place where you just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the front desk. We deal with various engineering projects, and the work keeps us pretty occupied from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage to get everything done eventually. Hapur has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of it. Living and working in the same general area makes the commute short, which is a blessing in this part of Uttar Pradesh. It’s just a normal office where we try to keep things moving without too much fuss. There are stacks of files and some old chairs, but it serves us well for the work we do.
