We are located at Spf-3 inside the Shipra Shopping Plaza. It is a well-known spot in Indirapuram, sitting right near the big Shipra Mall that everyone visits. Being in a shopping plaza means there are always people walking past our door looking at the shops. We spend a lot of our time dealing with air conditioning units and cooling systems for homes and offices. The office is where we coordinate our technicians and talk to people who come in with questions about their machines. It is often quite busy, especially when the weather starts getting really hot and everyone’s AC breaks down at once. You can hear the mall traffic and the people talking outside in the corridor. We keep our tools and some spare parts tucked away in the back of the unit. The space is practical for what we do and we do not waste room on stuff we do not need. We have been here for a bit, so we know the other shop owners in the plaza quite well. It is a good little community to be part of. Sometimes we grab a quick tea from the stall nearby while we wait for a delivery to arrive. Our work involves a lot of scheduling on the phone and making sure the service vans are ready to go out. The plaza has a specific kind of energy every day.
