Micromatic Grinding Technologies Ltd.

Our place is located over at C-27 in the Meerut Road Industrial Area. It’s one of those parts of town where there is always some kind of machine humming in the background. Micromatic Grinding Technologies Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a while. If you walk down the street, you’ll see plenty of other workshops and units doing similar heavy work. It gets pretty hot in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. The tea stall around the corner is where most of us end up during the afternoon break. People know us as the ones who are always dealing with grinding work and technical setups. It’s not the quietest neighborhood, but it’s where the work happens. We don't really do much in the way of fancy decorations. The floors are concrete and the tools are always within reach. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, but that is just part of being in an industrial zone. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows their role. Usually, someone is unloading a delivery or checking a machine part. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we absolutely have to. Most of the day is spent on the shop floor. It’s a straightforward way to make a living and we’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of this street. There are no corporate handbooks here, just regular people working hard every single day.
