The office is tucked away in Gali No-3 in the Shibanpura part of Indirapuram. If you aren't looking for it, you might walk right past the door. It’s a simple room with a couple of chairs and a desk where we handle the bookings. Usually, there is a lot of paperwork piled up because people come in for all sorts of travel and event needs. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we do. We’ve been in this street for a while and most of the people around here know us by name. It gets a bit cramped when more than two people are inside at once. Shibanpura can be a busy area with kids playing in the street and bikes going past, so it’s rarely quiet. We open up early enough and stay until the work is finished for the day. There is no fancy computer system here, just us writing things down and making sure the dates are right for whatever someone needs to book. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside on the steps for a bit until it comes back. It isn't a big business, just a small local place doing its part in the neighborhood. We don’t do much advertising, mostly just people telling their friends about where we are located. There are times when things get a little disorganized but we always find the right papers eventually.
