We've been here on Morta Meerut Road for quite a while now. It’s a busy stretch of road and the factory gets pretty hot in the summer months, but that is just how it goes with rubber work. Most days it’s just us handling the machines and making sure everything runs like it’s supposed to. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It’s mostly just the sound of the equipment and people moving stuff around the floor. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we spend a lot of time cleaning up after a long shift. People around here know where we are because of the big sign out front, though it’s faded a bit over the years. We handle the day-to-day stuff ourselves. If there is a problem with a machine, we fix it and keep going. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. Most of the guys have been working here for years, so we all know the routine by heart. We start early, usually before the traffic on Meerut Road gets too bad. By the time the sun goes down, we’re mostly just wrapping things up and getting ready to do it all over again tomorrow. It’s a simple setup we have here at Choudhary Rubbers Pvt Ltd, nothing too complicated. We just focus on the work in front of us and try to get home on time.
