You can find us at Ghookna More, right on the Meerut Road. It is a spot where there is always a lot of traffic. Trucks and cars are constantly passing by our door. We deal with thermal systems and related equipment. Our building is a simple one, nothing fancy to look at. Inside, it is mostly storage and a small area where we do our paperwork. We spend a lot of time out at sites or handling shipments. The dust from the road comes in sometimes, so we spend a lot of time cleaning. It is a straightforward operation. We do not have any big slogans or glossy brochures. We just talk to our customers and figure out what they need. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea, other days we are running around from morning till night. We have been at this location for a good while. We know the local tea stall owner and the other shopkeepers nearby. It feels like a little community even with all the noise from Meerut Road. We handle our own deliveries most of the time. It is better that way so we know everything arrives okay. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, we just want to do our job and go home to our families. It is a decent life. The summers are the hardest because of the heat on the road, but we manage. We just work.
